Creating Your Profile
Your profile is your identity across the whole platform—it's what shows up when you RSVP to events, connect with people, or manage a business listing. Choose a display name and photo, then decide whether you'd like to be discoverable in public search or keep a lower profile.

Exploring the Directory
Everything on the platform lives in one of three directories:
Events
Find what's happening nearby, RSVP, and see who else is going.
Businesses
Discover local businesses, or list your own.
People
Build your circle and coordinate plans with people you know.

Understanding Subscription Tiers
Every account starts on our free plan, which covers the basics: listing an event each month, listing a business, and connecting with people. As you grow, a few things scale with your subscription plan:
- How many events you can list each month.
- How many event invites you can send each month.
- How many business listings you can have live at once.
- How many photos each of your business listings can have.
- Whether new events and listings are published instantly. On the free plan, our team reviews them first.
- A custom photo banner on your profile.
Some events are marked Members Only. Seeing the details of one, or RSVPing to it, needs an active paid plan of any tier. You can upgrade anytime from our pricing page.
Managing Your Notifications
The bell icon in the navigation bar keeps you updated on connection requests, event invites, and activity on things you manage. Most notifications are also emailed to you. To choose which ones arrive by email, visit your Notification Preferences at any time.
Every notification email also has a link at the bottom to turn off that type of email in one click. You'll still see it in the bell.
Your Account Settings
Your Account Settings are where you manage the private side of your account:
- Your name and phone number. These are used for billing and never shown publicly.
- Changing your password.
- Your plan, billing, and invoices.
- Deleting your account. Before you confirm, we show exactly what happens: upcoming events you own are cancelled, your business listings are removed from the directory, and any paid plan ends right away.
Want to keep an event or listing alive after you leave? Transfer its ownership to someone on its team first, from the event's or listing's Team page.
